Proudly Made in NY

panic hankies is a side project born out of too many years of living in NYC as a starving artist. My own internal day-to-day struggles demanded attention and comfort while the private-gone-public nature of life on the subways, buses, and streets of the city revealed a population of individuals in similar need. Initially designed to help myself and my peers calm down and smile in the face of adversity, the hankies became a way to connect with total strangers who were upset, angry, raging, crazed, or just a little down and forced to deal with these private issues in the awkwardly public space of life in any major urban area.
